Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow trucks, to recover and transport vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Conduct automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to determine the best recovery approach.
- Load and unload vehicles carefully using appropriate equipment such as winches, ensuring damage-free handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during roadside assistance or vehicle recovery.
- Manage conflict situations professionally when dealing with distressed customers or challenging scenarios.
- Perform routine inspections and basic automotive repairs on recovered vehicles when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and service reports for record-keeping and accountability.
Experience
- Proven experience operating tow trucks, especially flatbed or heavy-duty models.
- Clean driving record; experience driving large vehicles is preferred.
- Clean criminal background
- Ability to handle conflict management professionally while maintaining safety protocols.
- Previous work involving load & unload procedures
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
