What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Assistant, you will work closely with our veterinarians and technicians, ensuring that every patient receives outstanding care throughout their visit. Key responsibilities include:

Preparing patients for examinations and treatments

Assisting with diagnostic testing and sample collection

Supporting surgical and dental procedures

Monitoring patient comfort and recovery

Documenting medical histories and patient information

Educating pet owners on wellness advice and treatment plans

Maintaining treatment areas and medical equipment

Safely handling and restraining animals of various sizes and temperaments

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

2+ years of veterinary assistant experience

Experience in collecting blood samples and placing IV catheters

Knowledge of patient preparation and nursing care

Familiarity with anesthesia support and monitoring

Strong communication and client service skills

Ability to multitask with a keen attention to detail
