Minimum of two (2) years as the Quality Control Specialist on an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contract greater than $5MM per year.

STEM associate's degree desired
- Military/civil service experience highly desirable

Working knowledge of: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PMBOK, TQM

Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) desirable.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters

Ability to work independently and recommend solutions to problems

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint

Superior attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while attending to multiple tasks and demands

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Salary: $75,000 annually
A background check and drug screen will be conducted for this position.
