Do you have a passion for entertainment? Our client, a globally recognized entertainment company with titles touching on history, pop culture, and documentary programming, is looking to hire two Social Media Coordinators to support their high-volume organic social media channels. This is an opportunity to manage day-to-day details, content scheduling, copy creation, and community engagement in a highly collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Your Impact: A Day in the Life
- Orchestrate Publishing Pipelines : Lead the day-to-day scheduling and optimization of approximately 20-30 posts per brand across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook using Sprinklr to build audience affinity.
- Champion Brand Voices : Flip seamlessly between distinct franchise personas (specifically focused on Lifetime or History titles), adapting your writing style to capture everything from dramatic flare to educational storytelling based on established brand guides.
- Ensure Factual Integrity : Maintain precise quality control over metadata, links, and tagging to protect historical and brand accuracy, particularly for non-fiction and history-focused content.
- Foster Active Communities : Drive organic audience engagement through proactive community management, comment moderation, and real-time trend tracking while coordinating with talent and creators.
Qualifications:
- Proven Foundation: A minimum of 1 year of experience executing digital content pipelines, content calendar management, and social media reporting.
- Tool Proficiencies: Demonstrated hands-on familiarity with Airtable and Sprinklr (similar tools will be considered).
- Creative Versatility: Strong social copywriting skills with creative samples required to demonstrate your brand personality and storytelling abilities.
- Industry and Scale Expertise: Prior experience with large consumer brands, agency work, or major entertainment networks is ideal, especially for high-volume channels.
