Regional Sales Manager - Arizona Territory

Arcadian Outfitters is a wholesale headwear brand built around state pride. We sell through ~1,100 independent retail accounts across the western U.S. -- gas stations, convenience stores, hardware stores, grocery outlets, and country stores. Our compact in-store display program delivers high margins and low maintenance for retailers.
We're looking for a self-motivated Regional Sales Manager to build and own the AZ territory.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and open new retail accounts across AZ (target: 4+ new accounts per month)
- Pitch and place our compact hat display in high-traffic retail locations
- Maintain relationships with your accounts through regular check-ins (minimum twice per year per store)
- Review third-party merchandising visit reports and place reorders through our online portal
- Capture before/after photos during store visits and keep clean records
Compensation
- 20% commission on all revenue from new accounts you open (initial order)
- 10% commission on all reorders from your accounts
- Commissions paid after customer payment is received
- Guaranteed sales program: credits and returns are reconciled against commissions
- No cap on earnings. Your territory is yours to build.
Who Does Well in This Role
- Regional Sales Manager who already call on convenience stores, gas stations, hardware stores, or grocery in AZ
- Route-based sales experience (doesn't have to be headwear -- could be snacks, impulse products, DSD, gifts, accessories)
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to cover rural and small-town AZ
- Basic comfort with online ordering portals and email

The product is simple, the margins are good, and the displays practically sell themselves. We just need someone on the ground in AZ who knows how to open doors.
Pay: $10,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
