Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays
Med Spa @ Rubinstein Plastic Surgery Center is seeking an experienced, personable, and motivated Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing aesthetic practice.
This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a well-established plastic surgery practice while helping to build and expand our aesthetic services. We are looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, enjoys developing long-term patient relationships, and wants to grow alongside our practice.
Work directly with board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Ran Rubinstein in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and recommend individualized treatment plans
- Perform HydraFacial treatments
- Perform chemical peels
- Perform microneedling procedures
- Educate patients regarding skincare products and treatment options
- Assist with skincare product sales and patient follow-up
- Maintain treatment rooms and clinical supplies
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
- Assist with front desk responsibilities during non-patient hours, including:
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Administrative support
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Esthetician License
- Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic experience preferred
- Experience performing HydraFacial treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in a plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa setting is a plus
