Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee daily business operations across multiple departments. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations both in the field and in the shop yards, optimizing sales performance, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of solids control systems & Rental Tool Operations, and the ability to motivate and develop staff. As an Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a positive work environment that promotes growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Land Rig operations, including personnel, inventory management, staffing, and customer service delivery.
- Strong 10 Plus Years In Solids Control, Running Drilling Operations Back Yard Solids Control Systems, including Centrifuges, Pumps, Shakers, Tanks, Etc...
- Lead recruitment efforts by interviewing candidates, conducting employee orientation sessions, and onboarding new team members effectively.
- Supervise team members’ performance through coaching, training & development initiatives, and regular feedback sessions.
- Coordinate purchasing activities, pricing strategies, merchandising displays, and inventory control to maximize profitability.
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost sales and enhance store visibility within the community.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and ensure efficient shift management for optimal coverage.
Skills
- Solids Control, Centrifuges, Pumps, Back Yard Solids Control systems, Proven management experience with operating back yard drilling Operations, Solids Control, Rental Tools, etc...
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively across diverse functions.
- Proficiency in negotiation, purchasing, inventory management, POS systems, and retail math.
- Strong organizational skills with expertise in budgeting, scheduling, stock control, and administrative tasks.
- Experience in supervising staff through interviewing, training & development programs; familiarity with employee orientation is essential.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
