Working on the Verizon campaign, you'll receive hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and the opportunity to develop the communication, customer service, and customer enrollment skills needed to succeed. No prior experience is required, we're looking for potential, ambition, and a willingness to learn for this Entry Level Team Member role.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Team Member
- Create outstanding customer service experience in person.
- Guide customers through Verizon's products, services, and promotional offers with confidence.
- Assist with customer service enrollments, account updates, upgrades, and service activations.
- Learn the fundamentals of working alongside experienced Entry Level Team Members and mentors.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing Entry Level Team Member training, professional development, and coaching sessions.
- Build the skills and experience needed to advance into growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Team Member
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working toward goals.

- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
