Overview
The role of Area Manager is critical to the overall success of our 43 Employment Program Centers by ensuring the organization has the resources necessary to support a variety of programs focused on combatting food insecurity, counter human trafficking, workforce development and accessible STEAM education. The successful applicant will possess a head for business and heart for mission, align with the values and ethics of the organization and demonstrate a desire to serve others where they are.
Duties
- Provide strong leadership and management to multiple site managers or team leaders, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, increase sales, and improve operational efficiency across all locations in your region
- Oversee profit and loss statements, analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
Experience
Bachelors degree and three years management experience, and/or minimum of seven years mid to senior leadership managing multiple worksites, production environment, and/or a team of employees. A valid NCDL is required. Salary is $70,000 per year with an excellent benefits package that includes health, dental and retirement. Please submit a cover letter and resume.
