Fencing Experience is required**
seeking dependable and hardworking Fence Installers for a large commercial fence installation project in Central Kentucky.
This position will primarily involve the installation of chain link fencing, gates, and related fence components on an active commercial construction site.
Responsibilities
● Install chain link fence, posts, top rail, tension wire, and gates
● Set fence posts using hand tools, equipment, and concrete as required
● Read layout markings and follow project specifications
● Operate skid steers, compact equipment, and hand tools safely
● Work efficiently as part of a crew in outdoor conditions
● Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
● Previous fence installation experience preferred
● Construction experience required
● Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
● Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily
● Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
● Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and active construction operations

Job Details
● Location: Central Kentucky
● Employment Type: Project-Based
● Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (some overtime may be available)
Responsibilities
- Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper placement and alignment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, assemble, and install fencing materials such as wood, vinyl, chain link, or metal panels
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support efficient installation processes
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting posts, and framing structures as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on all construction sites
- Assist with concrete forming and finishing for fence posts or related landscape features when required
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean and organized manner to ensure smooth operations
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
