We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Budtender to join our downtown Denver dispensary team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, reliable, and confident in guiding guests through our wide range of cannabis products — all while ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional service.
This position plays a key role in daily operations, assisting with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and team support, while maintaining a positive, professional environment that represents the spirit of Colorado cannabis culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and informative manner
- Provide expert guidance on cannabis strains, products, and methods of consumption
- Maintain compliance with Colorado MED regulations and company policies
- Process transactions accurately through POS, handle cash, and verify identification
- Support management with store operations, including opening/closing duties, inventory counts, and online order fulfillment
- Conduct daily reports and ensure store cleanliness and safety
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
- Promote daily deals, specials, and loyalty programs
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding customer feedback or operational issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado MED Badge (required)
- Minimum 6 months of cannabis sales or retail experience (1+ year preferred)
- Proven customer service and cash-handling experience
- Strong cannabis knowledge (strains, products, dosage limits, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Schedule
- Part-time, 25–32 hours per week
- Must be willing to work closing shifts (1:45 PM – 10:00 PM)
