Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the personal insurance market. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities include working various lead sources to generate P &C and Life business, organizing and effectively managing leads, cold and warm calling potential customers, establishing need, presenting solutions, closing new Agency business, and cross-selling existing book of business.
Must also have a successful track record in sales, computer expertise, time management skills and strong customer service skills. SC Property and Casualty licenses required. Salary plus monthly incentives based on meeting sales goals, plus paid vacation after meet employment guidelines.

Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
- Administer benefits programs and provide guidance on coverage options to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy renewals through effective sales administration practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to promote insurance offerings.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and schedule appointments for consultations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and share best practices for success.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in benefits administration is a plus.
