Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
- Build rapport and guide customers through the buying process
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects and previous customers
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and appointments
- Generate referral and repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or commission-based roles preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
