Qualifications:

Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).

Arizona APRN license or eligibility
-
Authorized to work in the United States.

New graduates encouraged to apply. (Board certification required before start date)
Scheduling:

40 hours per week and 45 weeks per year

One weekend per month

Minimal night shifts
-
No call
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Safely administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in quality, safety, and workflow initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinician experience.
