Oversee the daytoday operations pf several medical offices to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations

Coordinate patient scheduling, including appointments, referrals, and followup visits

Handle patient inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and improve patient outcomes

Manage medical records and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping

Monitor and manage office budget, including billing, coding, and reimbursement processes

Implement utilization management strategies to optimize resource allocation and control costs

Proven experience in Dermatology medical office management preferred

Strong knowledge of medical administrative support functions and practice management principles

Familiarity with medical Dermatology care processes and procedures

Experience in budgeting and financial management within a medical setting

Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Knowledge of human resources practices and regulations
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
