We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The Salon Receptionist will play a key role in enhancing the client experience while supporting salon operations.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using POS systems
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain an organized reception area, including merchandising and stocking supplies
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or salon environment
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
