In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for safely towing vehicles, conducting repossessions, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with all safety standards. Your mechanical aptitude and driving expertise will be vital in executing efficient operations that keep our clients satisfied and our team moving forward.
Duties
- Operate tow trucks to recover and transport vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Conduct vehicle repossessions in accordance with legal guidelines, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Engage with customers professionally during pickups and drop-offs, providing clear communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks and related equipment to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
Requirements
1. 23 years of age- insurance guidelines.
2. Clean driving record and a valid state driver's license.
3. Pass a background check and drug test.
4. Be able to lift 75 lbs.
5. Basic computer skills.
6. Good communication skills
7. Current DOT Card
8. Must be able to use Dollies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per week
