Salty Gutters is a local, woman owned gutter company serving Wilmington, Brunswick County, Pender County and Onslow County. We are looking for a detail oriented, reliable, hard-working individual to join our team. This role involves assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of gutter systems. There is potential for growth to a crew lead position.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install seamless gutters with precision to ensure optimal fit and function.
- Install related components such as downspouts, brackets, hangers, and end caps to ensure secure attachment and proper drainage.
- Use extension ladders, hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete installations.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to address questions or concerns during installation processes.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and ladders is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials safely.
- Basic understanding of construction management principles is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
