This position supports ServiceNow MID servers, AWS infrastructure, and secure Linux environments. Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain ServiceNow MID servers on Linux

Manage Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and AWS resources (EC2, RDS, VPCs)

Implement security baselines (STIGs, CIS) and system hardening

Automate deployments with Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation

Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure backups/disaster recovery
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Active DoD Secret Clearance

Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience OR Master's + 3 years

RHCSA/Linux certification preferred

AWS Solutions Architect or SysOps certification strongly preferred

3+ years Linux admin experience, 2+ years AWS hands‑on

Strong scripting (Bash, Python) and secure cloud architecture knowledge
