Location: Bethel Park, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends
Prime Cabinet Painting is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cabinet Paint Sprayer / Finishing Technician. This position is based entirely in our Bethel Park shop and offers the opportunity to learn a specialized trade in a professional environment.
No cabinet refinishing experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training to teach the right candidate our proven process and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Remove hinges and hardware from cabinet doors and drawers
- Clean and degrease surfaces prior to refinishing
- Sand and prepare cabinet doors and drawer fronts for finishing
- Inspect surfaces to ensure they are ready for primer and paint application
- Hang doors and drawer fronts on spray racks
- Apply primer and top coats using professional spray equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Carefully wrap finished doors and drawer fronts for transport
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to follow processes and learn new skills
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
