Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor purification equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with materials handling, including loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished products within the warehouse or manufacturing area.
- Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines meticulously to maintain product integrity and compliance.
- Support packaging operations by preparing materials for final product packaging and labeling.
- Conduct routine laboratory testing and inspections to verify purification quality and process consistency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, batch records, and equipment logs to ensure traceability.
- Utilize forklift or other warehouse equipment safely for moving heavy or bulky materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction.
- Ability to operate machinery such as filtration units, centrifuges, or machining tools is a plus.
- Valid forklift certification or experience with forklift operation preferred.
- Strong understanding of materials handling, packaging processes, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards in a fast-paced setting.
