Our goal is to make every customer's in-store experience so magical they can't wait to come back. We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Store Manager to lead our NEW Cherry Creek location in Denver CO.

As our Store Manager, you'll be the heart of this location. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and motivating your sales team, as well as running daily store operations. This includes everything from meeting sales targets and managing labor budgets to running in-store events, handling banking operations, and ensuring our store is always a welcoming, magical place for our customers.
What we're looking for:
- A passion for our products: You should genuinely love kawaii-inspired bath, body, and beauty products.
- A natural leader: You'll hire, train, and motivate your team to hit targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Hands-on team player: You are comfortable being hands-on with customers, especially when running our fun, in-store events.
- Strong retail experience: You have a solid background in retail sales management and at least 1 year of store management experience.
- Adaptable and flexible: You're comfortable with a flexible schedule, including retail mall hours, to ensure your team has the support they need.
- Sharp business skills: You have a strong ability to manage inventory, analyze sales data, and handle daily store operations smoothly.
- Reliable transportation: You can get to and from the store reliably.
- ROCK STAR IN SALES: You love talking with customers about products and making sales and achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills: You're able to clearly and effectively communicate with customers, employees, and upper management.
- Product expert: The ability to retain product knowledge is a must.
- MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
Physical Requirements:
- This role requires frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching, as well as constant walking and standing.
- You must be able to lift 25–50 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs on occasion.

This is a full-time position starting at $21/22 hour DOE plus 5% commission on any sales you make on our branded products.
