Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Physician Assistant for an established outpatient primary care organization in Los Angeles, California.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Join a mission-driven outpatient primary care practice serving diverse and underserved communities
- Provide acute care visits through a telemedicine care model while working onsite
- Deliver complete patient assessments in both English and Spanish without an interpreter
- Manage a high-volume outpatient practice supported by an experienced clinical team
- Make a meaningful impact while maintaining an excellent work-life balance
COMPENSATION
- $80-$85 Per Hour Based On Experience
- Federal & State Student Loan Repayment Eligibility
SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No Call
ROLE
- Evaluate and treat acute primary care conditions
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments in English and Spanish
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe appropriate therapies
- Educate patients on preventive care and disease management
- Document encounters accurately within the EMR

Requirements:
- NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant REQUIRED
- Active California Physician Assistant License REQUIRED
- Minimum One Year Of Urgent Care Experience After Certification REQUIRED
- Fluent In English And Spanish REQUIRED (Must Conduct Entire Visit Without Interpreter)
- Strong Primary Care Assessment And Clinical Decision-Making Skills REQUIRED
