We're a reputable dog walking and pet sitting company in Northern Orange County, looking for an Assistant Manager to help us run the day-to-day so we can step back a bit as owners. This is a hybrid role — hands-on pet care, client communication, and helping us grow. Open availability required. Pay based on experience, plus incentives for new client growth.
What You'll Do
- Run your own weekly dog walking route, plus occasional cat/dog sitting drop-ins
- Answer our business line and texts promptly and professionally
- Meet with potential new clients for in-home introductions
- Manage our social media
- Help us grow the business and bring your own ideas to the table
What You'll Need
- A genuine love for animals — comfortable with dogs of all breeds and temperaments
- Must live in Brea, Yorba Linda, Placentia, Fullerton, or La Habra, with your own reliable vehicle
- Open availability (including some evenings/weekends)
- Strong communication skills — phone, text, and in-person
- Comfortable with the physical side of the job (walking strong dogs, heat/rain, picking up after pets)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Bonus: experience in customer service, sales, social media, or business/operations
