We are seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) who is interested in growing with the company and contributing their knowledge and experience to our developing homecare program.
Position Responsibilities
Conduct initial nursing assessments for new clients
Complete comprehensive assessments and identify clients' care needs
Develop, review, and update individualized care plans
Conduct supervisory visits to monitor client care and caregiver performance
Monitor clients' conditions and communicate changes appropriately
Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers
Complete required nursing documentation, assessments, and reports
Follow up with clients and caregivers to ensure quality and continuity of care
Support quality assurance and compliance requirements
Assist with the development and growth of SNK HomeCaare's clinical services
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Georgia RN license
Homecare experience preferred
Experience with client assessments and supervisory visits preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and compassionate
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to grow and develop with a new company

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
