Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer service mindset, ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. This role is essential in maintaining effective communication and providing assistance to both staff and clients.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer support and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management of supplies and equipment.
- Provide support for scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Perform personal assistant duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve workflow processes.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in computer applications & systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in front desk operations or as a personal assistant is advantageous.
- Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
- Medical terminology and workings are preferred but not required.
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
