We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a 9–12 week assignment in a manufacturing plant in Aurora, IL.
Pay: $24–$27/hour DOE
Schedule: Temporary, 9–12 weeks
Location: Aurora, IL
MUST HAVE SAP EXPERIENCE
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with orders, shipments, and delivery updates
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and internal teams
- Track shipments and communicate delays
- Handle customer concerns, returns, and service issues
- Enter and update orders accurately in SAP
- Maintain customer records and documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics or manufacturing
- SAP experience REQUIRED
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office/Excel experience
- Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
