Massage Therapy Instructor
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking passionate and experienced Massage Therapy Instructors to join our team at our Missouri and Colorado campuses. In this role, you will educate and inspire the next generation of massage therapy professionals through engaging classroom instruction, hands-on technique labs, and mentorship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver engaging classroom and laboratory instruction in General Massage Therapy and/or Specialty Modalities (e.g., deep tissue, hot stone, sports massage, prenatal, etc.)
- Demonstrate proper massage techniques and ensure students meet clinical competency standards
- Assess student performance through practical evaluations and ongoing feedback
- Maintain accurate attendance, grade records, and documentation in compliance with school policies
- Advise and mentor students on professional development, and licensing exam preparation
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active, unrestricted massage therapy license
- Minimum of 2 years of professional massage therapy experience
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and pathology as they relate to massage therapy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to student success and a passion for education

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
