Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Green, Maxville and Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support. Your expertise will play a crucial role in our mission to promote independence and improve the quality of life for those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement ABA therapy techniques to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and adults with developmental disabilities.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral interventions and best practices in ABA.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
- Ability to maintain detailed medical documentation accurately.
