Best Life Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is the leading provider of outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine in the Hampton Roads Area with four locations. We have a dynamic team of experts who not only deliver cutting-edge treatment but also do it with compassion and a desire to improve the life of each individual patient.
We are looking for an energetic self-starter for a Patient Care Coordinator role to work in a physical-therapist-owned outpatient ortho/sports medicine clinic. Our approach to patient care stands apart from other clinics.
The position would be Part Time at our Potters Rd location

Responsibilities:
- Front office duties such as check-in/check-out patients for appointments; scheduling appointments; collecting payments; answering a multi-line phone; managing day-to-day front office duties; collect and processing insurance information.
Exhibits exceptional customer service behavior and excellent public relations skills in all aspects of work.

Required Qualifications:

Experience with medical administration/insurance filing is not required but would be fantastic.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a professional demeanor.

A passion for helping people is a must.

Accuracy in grammar and punctuation.

Demonstrated ability to learn tasks quickly with minimal training and supervision.
