We're looking for a driven professional with an established network of builders, general contractors, remodelers, designers, architects, developers, or homeowners who is ready to represent a premium supplier of flooring, tile, stone, cabinetry, and interior finish materials.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, developers, architects, and homeowners.
- Generate new business through your existing network and ongoing prospecting.
- Prepare accurate material estimates and takeoffs.
- Assist clients with product selections, specifications, and value engineering.
- Manage projects from bid through material delivery while providing exceptional customer service.
- Become a trusted resource for interior finish solutions and continue growing your territory.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the building or construction industry.
- Experience preparing accurate estimates and material takeoffs.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and finish materials.
- Established book of business or industry relationships.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based
- Earn 50% of the net profit on the business you generate
