What You'll Do

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, hygiene, oral care, and grooming

Support residents during meals, including food and fluid intake as needed

Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to residents

Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs and call lights

Help ensure resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being

Create a welcoming, home-like, and respectful environment for residents and families

Follow established procedures during emergencies or changes in resident condition

Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet resident needs
What You'll Need

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach

Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergencies

Energy, patience, and professionalism to meet residents’ daily needs

Physical ability to perform daily duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and assisting with resident mobility
