Reliable Respiratory is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company that provides the highest quality level of service for patients in need of respiratory, diabetes, urology, and maternity support. Job Purpose
The Hybrid Delivery Driver Technician is responsible for delivering and picking up equipment to customers and assisting with the Oxygen Department’s customer service queues.
Job Purpose

Works directly with customers in their homes delivering and picking up durable medical equipment.

Completes delivery and pick up paperwork promptly and accurately.

Ensures equipment is cleaned properly and in accordance with Reliable Respiratory’s standards.

Maintains the Company vehicle in a clean, safe operating condition and completes logs as required.

Assists in receiving orders and putting away inventory as needed.

Complies with all policies and procedures established by the company and the company's regulatory bodies.

Participate in physical inventory checks.

Keep assigned warehouse organized, clean and orderly and ensure all location warehouses are following the same processes and procedures.

Oversee product/order fulfillment, including the cleaning and testing of equipment in assigned warehouse.

Assist in monitoring inventory in assigned warehouse to ensure that delivery staff are appropriately stocked for daily deliveries and maintaining a par-level of overstock.

When in office helps handle incoming oxygen related troubleshooting calls and voicemails in a professional manner.

Basic Qualifications
-
21 years of age or older
-
Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future.

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
-
Have a valid and current driver’s license from the state of residence.
-
Have verifiable driving experience.
-
Have no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents on the driving record within the past 3 years.
-
Have no misdemeanor conviction relating in any way to the operation of a motor vehicle where you have been convicted of, or released from incarceration, within the past three years (other than a first conviction for any of the following misdemeanors: drunkenness, simple assault, speeding, minor traffic violations, affray or disturbance of the peace) and no felony convictions
