Champlain Community Services (CCS) is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will help people build daily living skills, stay connected to their community, and work toward meaningful personal goals. This position includes supporting individualized service plans, encouraging independence, and helping ensure each person’s health, safety, and well-being.
In this role, you may provide support with daily routines, community activities, personal care, medical needs, and medication administration. You will work as part of a team to follow support plans, communicate professionally with others, and help create respectful and inclusive community connections.
