Line Technician
Position Overview
The Line Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance and prevent unexpected breakdowns. This role involves troubleshooting, inspecting, and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems to maintain the integrity of production processes.
Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery according to established guidelines

Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to identify issues and recommend solutions

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed

Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency

Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

Familiarity with preventative maintenance principles and practices

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
