As a Mobile Dog Groomer, you'll work one-on-one with pets in a fully equipped, climate-controlled grooming van. Our dedicated call center handles scheduling and customer communication so you can focus on providing exceptional grooming services and creating an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional pet grooming services including bathing, clipping brushing, drying, de-shedding, de-matting, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and breed-specific styling
- Groom according to breed standards and customer preferences
- Safely handle pets of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments
- Communicate professionally with pet parents before and after appointments
- Maintain detailed grooming records and appointment notes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming van
- Safely operate the mobile grooming van throughout the service area
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with the call center, other groomers, and owners through designated tools and channels
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional pet grooming experience
- Strong knowledge of breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques
- Familiarity with breed-specific styling and understanding of the care needs of different coat types (e.g., short, long, curly, wiry, double, etc.)
- Skilled with professional grooming tools (e.g., clippers, shears, combs, rakes, nail grinders, ear cleaners, toothbrushes, muzzles, etc.)
- Ability to maneuver pets of all shapes and sizes
- Ability to work independently in a mobile grooming environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no violations within last 3 years)
- Mobile grooming experience preferred but not required
- Grooming certification preferred but not required
- Ability to groom cats preferred but not required
Compensation
- Commission pay: $40,000–70,000
- Tips
