We are seeking a motivated Quality Inspector with experience in precision measurements and manufacturing environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working closely with production teams to drive quality excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Perform quality inspections on metal components throughout the manufacturing process
- Use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools
- Verify products meet specifications and tight tolerances
- Support production teams by identifying quality concerns and implementing solutions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and help drive process enhancements
- Take ownership of quality standards and contribute to the success of a growing organization
What We're Looking For:
- Experience reading and understanding GD&T
- Strong inspection and measurement skills
- Experience in a machine shop, fabrication shop, or manufacturing environment
- CNC machining knowledge (lathes and mills preferred)
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and accountable professional
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Skills (Training Available):
- Keyence CMM experience
- ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems
- Quality auditing experience
