Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain excellent guest relations by offering personalized service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks related to front desk operations and guest services
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel experience, especially at the front desk or night audit roles
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred to assist diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently during evening hours on the 2nd shift while maintaining high energy levels
- Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hotels is a plus
