Responsibilities
- Represent the brand confidently at in-person events, product demos, and promotional activities to attract and engage customers
- Promote products effectively through live demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to maximize customer interest
- Collect valuable data from event interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve customer targeting
- Manage social media platforms by sharing event updates, engaging with followers, and amplifying brand visibility online
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, active listening, and personalized communication
- Handle sales objections professionally to convert interest into purchases while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Support branding initiatives by ensuring consistent messaging and presentation during all promotional activities
Requirements
- Prior food service experience or retail store product knowledge is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in event marketing, customer engagement, or promoting products in person is highly desirable
- Technical proficiency with social media management tools and data collection methods
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Ability to handle sales objections effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
