First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented, goal-driven Service Consultant (Call Center Agent) to join our Call Center Team. This role offers a kick-start into the world of banking, where you get to learn about various areas of the bank and how to utilize resources to respond to customers’ inquiries. You’ll gain a foundational knowledge base to build a successful career in the banking industry.
Work Schedule:
7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary)
Compensation:
Pay range is $20.00 - $22.00/hr., commensurate with experience.
Start date:
August 2026 (Exact date to be confirmed)

This role is an on-site work arrangement.

This position is located in the Kamehameha Industrial Center in Kalihi.

The ideal candidate will have:
- High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information.
- 1-2 years customer service experience comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment
- Experience in Call Center environment desirable.
- Experience and comfort with computers and internet highly desirable.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
