Provide direct and indirect resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff in a long-term care setting
Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, skin care, positioning)
Support resident safety and maintain a clean environment (respond to call lights, fall prevention, equipment monitoring)
Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration while honoring resident preferences
Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises
Observe and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or concerns to nursing staff
Ensure resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained
Complete accurate and timely documentation per facility protocol
