Duties
- Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, screening candidates, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to attract top talent.
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated effectively.
- Assist with employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote continuous growth.
- Administer benefits programs and handle benefits administration inquiries to support employee well-being.
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy, perform data collection and analysis using Excel, and generate reports for strategic decision-making.
- Support compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, FMLA policies, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Handle confidential personnel information with integrity while managing personnel administration tasks such as record keeping and data entry.
Experience
- Proven experience in an HR department or human resources management role with familiarity in employment law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management practices including workforce management, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors; experience with HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, conflict management, and training delivery.
- Skilled in data analysis using Excel for payroll processing, HR metrics tracking, and report generation.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools like ATS platforms and sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.

Pay: $51,525.91 - $75,000.00 per year
