Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring high-quality food preparation and customer service.
- Supervise team members, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and efficient staff.
- Oversee food handling and safety procedures in compliance with health regulations to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Operate POS systems such as for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
- Ensure timely food production by coordinating kitchen activities including cooking, food prep, and assembly.
- Support hiring processes by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants.
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience in hospitality or restaurant environments.
- Proficiency with POS systems like for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure compliance.
- Ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining quality standards.
- Skilled in staff training & development, team management, and shift supervision to foster a positive work environment.
