Step into an active, fast-paced bakery role at Cinnabon. You will cross-train on various service stations—from taking orders at the register to preparing fresh pastries, handling ovens, and keeping the shop spotless. This role requires zero previous food handling experience. Requirements to Apply

Your Daily Tasks
- Greet guests enthusiastically, answer questions about the menu, and accurately process customer orders at the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Prepare, bake, and frost classic bakery items while strictly following Cinnabon brand standards and recipes.
- Follow all workplace and food safety procedures during food handling and preparation.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by executing daily cleaning tasks in the front counter, dining area, and kitchen prep spaces.
- Collaborate with your team members to ensure fast and accurate service during peak volume hours.
- Participate in consistent feedback and performance reviews to grow your professional skills.
