Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Full Time and Seasonal non-CDL Drivers to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate our trucks. As a key player in our logistics operation, you will deliver freight efficiently while ensuring safety and compliance on every route. Your expertise in driving and load handling will contribute directly to our reputation for reliable service.
Duties
- Safely operate trucks with manual transmissions across diverse routes and terrains
- Deliver products promptly to customers’ locations while adhering to scheduled routes and delivery windows
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs for compliance purposes
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates or delivery issues
- Assist with the loading and securing of freight on various truck types such as dump trucks or roll-off trucks as needed
Skills
- Valid Drivers license with clean driving record
- Experience driving manual transmission trucks in a commercial setting
- Knowledge of operating refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks a plus
- Proven ability to load & unload freight efficiently and safely
- Familiarity with route driving best practices and delivery procedures
