Overview
Creedmoor Holding Company, LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Helper, where you will play a vital role in supporting the upkeep and smooth operation of our building systems and infrastructure. This hands-on position is ideal to develop your skills across a variety of maintenance disciplines, contribute to a safe and efficient environment, and gain valuable hands-on experience in facility operations. Whether assisting with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC systems, you'll be an essential part of ensuring our facilities remain in top condition.
Duties
- Assist with general building and property maintenance
- Perform minor repairs, painting, cleaning and landscaping
- Help with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Complete routine property inspections and preventive maintenance
- Assist with preparing vacant spaces for new tenants
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests
- Pick up and transport supplies, tool, materials as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all company procedures and workplace safety requirements
- Perform other property-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance, construction, or handyman experience is preferred; basic knowledge of tools and general repair work; ability to follow instructions and work independently or with the team; dependable, punctual, and professions, strong attention to detail and a positive attitude; ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and work indoors or outdoors, valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to travel betweeen local commerical properties as needed.
