The Medium/Heavy-Duty Truck Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining diesel and gasoline engine industrial trucks according to dealership and factory specifications.
Job Type: Full-Time / Las Cruces, NM
Pay: FLAT-RATE - the employee is paid per job instead of a salary or per hour.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm/ One Saturday a month
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 or more years’ minimum experience; preferably in the Heavy-Duty Truck Industry.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, CDL a plus
- Sales Skills and ability to make appropriate service recommendations
- Basic engine knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, service software).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Ability to solve problems in an efficient and effective manner
