Colorado Behavior and Learning Group (CBLG) is hiring passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)to join our collaborative, high-performing ABA team. Our center-based programs support children and adolescents (ages 2–21) with developmental delays and high-magnitude behaviors such as aggression, self-injury, and property destruction.

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and teens
- Implement treatment plans and motivational systems
- Teach communication, social, academic, and self-help skills
- Reduce maladaptive behaviors through evidence-based practices
- Collect session data using manual or electronic systems
- Collaborate closely with your BCBA and care team
- Apply feedback and maintain professional, ethical standards
- Perform physically active duties (kneeling, lifting 50 lbs, movement throughout the day)
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- Certification: RBT/ABAT preferred – we provide paid training if you’re not yet certified (limited spaces on a monthly basis)
- Physical readiness: Must pass health evaluation in accordance with licensing regulations.
- Personal qualities: Professional, coachable, ethical, and passionate about helping others
