La Stella is a Tanning and Day Spa facility that has been responsible since 2002, providing outstanding European tanning, sunless tanning, skin care, full hair services, and manicure and pedicure. Our staff are specialists in their professional areas and provide a welcoming environment.
We are in need of a part-time Tan Sales Associate. Hours will likely range from 18–22 hours per week, and pay starts at $16.90 per hour. We are primarily searching for people who can do closing shifts (ability to do weekends when needed is also a plus).
We are searching for somebody who is committed to the job and is willing to stay for a considerable amount of time (one year at least).
Duties of the position include but are not limited to:
- Helping customers and maintaining a friendly environment.
- Working the register.
- Selling tanning memberships and products to customers.
- Maintaining a pristine salon by cleaning tanning beds after each use, and cleaning as instructed each night.
- Understanding the different tanning beds/products and what they do.
Skills required:
- Must be friendly
- Independent (able to work shifts by yourself)
- Reliable
- Be able to crouch, bend over, lift, and pull
Previous customer service experience is appreciated, but not a necessity.
Pay: $16.90 per hour
