Team Members in Front-of-House (FOH) serve guests by directly interacting with them; i.e. taking orders, serving food, etc.
Team Members in Back-of-House (BOH) serve guests by preparing their food; i.e. prep making salads, assembling sandwiches, cooking chicken, etc.
No Experience Is Necessary
Chick-fil-A Bellevue is a great opportunity for people of all age groups and backgrounds with no experience necessary.

Hours:
We operate Monday through Saturday, 6:30am to 10:00pm.
We have morning shifts available between 5:45am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
We have evening shifts available between 3:00pm and 10:45pm, Monday through Saturday.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Serve guests according to department duties.
Maintain a clean restaurant.
Smile.
Create and maintain eye contact.
Speak Enthusiastically.
Make Emotional Connections with Guests.
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant.
Multi-task often and move quickly, yet thoroughly.
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members.
Adhere to Chick-fil-A Bellevue's rules and policies at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Be at least 14 years old.

Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
